MAKING YOUR ORDER

Minimum order only ���£5. All prices are quoted in GBP sterling (���£) and include VAT.
We accept orders by post, fax, phone or online.
Payment options: We accept all major debit or credit cards, postal orders and cheques.
Please make cheques and postal orders payable to ‘Green Glass’.
If paying by cheque or postal order we recommend you contact us for up to date prices and stock availability.

FOREIGN ORDERS, REP OF IRELAND, CHANNEL ISLANDS & EU

We only ship to UK mainland addresses.  If you wish to ship to other addresses  please give us a call and we can give you a quote for shipping.

DESPATCH & DELIVERY

Delivery is charged based on the weight of the goods sent and is based on mainland UK addresses excluding Highlands and Islands Region.  For Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands and other island addresses please phone for a delivery quote.  We do not normally deliver outside the UK MAINLAND.
Jewellery and bags:  ���£1.80 delivery
Clothing: ���£2.50 delivery up to 3 items  ���£7.00 for larger orders
Glasses:  ���£7.00 delivery irrespective of size of order.
You will only be charged one delivery charge for your goods up to a maximum of  ���£7.00 - so a mixed order of glassware, clothing, bags and jewellery will cost ���£7.00 delivery.
We aim to despatch most orders within three working days of receipt, although this may be longer during busy periods. Delivery is usually via Parcelforce 48 hour service for heavier or higher value orders.  Royal mail registered post is used for smaller items.   We can despatch to an alternative delivery address, but goods cannot be left unattended.

There are, unfortunately, times when delivery fails to meet expectations. In these circumstances we will do our utmost to find out where the package has gone astray & keep you fully & promptly informed.

STOCK LEVELS

We work hard to keep buoyant stock levels, but with the best will in the world it is not possible to keep 100% stock 100% of the time.
If an item is essential to your order please let us know and we will contact you if it is out of stock. Mail order staff may be able to give a broad indication of delivery times. If your needs are very specific or urgent we will be happy to contact you with more detailed information.

RETURNS/REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your order, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase and wish to return all or part of it please contact us before sending items back. In this way we can deal with your return as swiftly and efficiently as possible.

We will refund the value of your order if you return the goods for any reason. For non-faulty goods your return should be made within 7 days of receipt and returned items should be in perfect, unused condition.   You are also liable for return postal charges except for items sent as substitutes. Replacement goods in exchange for returns will be considered a new order and subject to our standard post and packing charges.

If you have received a faulty/damaged item please contact us as soon as possible after receipt of your order to arrange a replacement or refund. We will give a full refund or send replacements free of charge.  For all returns we strongly recommend you obtain proof of posting. It would also help us a great deal if you could note any box damage on delivery and keep any evidence of damage in transit so that we may be able to caliam from our delivery company.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your order with us before we have despatched your goods - then no charges will apply.  If we have already posted your goods then we will have to charge postage costs. For a cancelled order - once the goods have been returned to us we will refund the value of the order minus any postage costs incurred by us.  Phone us (01208 812531) if you wish to cancel your order.

PRODUCT CONSISTENCY

 
All of our goods are hand made & constructed of natural materials, some variation in colour & size should therefore be allowed for. Bottle shape can vary and glass beads are of variable size and shape.  Colour tones of the glass will vary with bottle type used.

 
TITLE TO GOODS

All goods supplied by Green Glass/Trading Green Limited remain our property until all outstanding payments are made in full.
